Lately I’ve turned to podcasts, the slightly more colorful delivery method of the news that I so crave. I spent hours digging through iTunes looking for the next greatest news-like show, until one day I found Radiolab.

I've heard alot about flowers being edible and intend on trying them myself. With all that they're putting in our meat like steroids I'm more apt to do this than ever!!!

as your picture shows, many types of orchids are edible also. They add a nice soothing creamy taste and texture. Whenever you go out to eat and there is a flower on your plate as a garnish (ask first) but most of the time they are edible as well. Happy experimenting!

Yes ....lots of good ideas here..I just enjoyed some Nasturtium
leaves in my salad yesterday...they are nice and peppery so
they add a bit of a jolt to everything......
This may not be for everyone but what I do sometimes is wrap a
few large Nasturtium leaves around some garlic for a quick power
mini-salad. ...that's a real taste blitz!
